Your Skydiving License with skydive colibri
When it comes to skydiving courses, skydive colibri is one of the most experienced clubs in Germany. We train new skydivers according to the AFF method. This method ensures safe training and a steep learning curve.
Skydivers know why the birds sing — just one of the many good reasons for the fact that for most of the active jumpers skydiving is more than a sport. We are looking forward to know your personal reasons.
Skydiving is not only a really nice sport; it has also become incredibly safe. Here at skydive colibri, you will learn from experienced professionals, use modern Equipment and always be up to date about the newest developments within the sport.
Video debriefing: an important part of your skydiving training
Even experienced skydivers find it hard to remember everything that happened on a skydive, for a good and thorough debrief afterwards. So how will a student be able to remember everything? And even if he does remember, how will he see and understand his mistakes?
Our AFF teachers all jump with cameras attached to their helmets. This way, the whole skydive will be recorded. After the landing, the whole jump will be debriefed and analyzed frame by frame, together with the AFF instructor.
Your Skydive Training Step by Step
You will start with one and a half days of ground school. Here you will learn everything you need to know before jumping out of a plane. You will acquire theoretical knowledge and also go through practical exercises.
During your first jumps, two AFF instructors will be next to you all the way until you open your parachute. Within 7 AFF level jumps, you will slowly learn to move around in freefall, open your parachute on your own, and land safely.
The Skydiving Trial Course
You are really intrigued by the idea of skydiving, but you are not completely sure yet, if skydiving is your thing? No problem at all, that's what we have our trial course for.
Within this course, you will participate in the ground school training and then do your first AFF Level 1 jump. After that, you can decide whether you would like to continue jumping or not.
Coaching of Students at skydive colibri
After completing the 7 AFF levels, you will officially be a solo skydiver. This means that you will be allowed to jump completely on your own - however you will still need an official jump assignment given to you by an instrictor. On the way to your license, there are a few compulsory elements you will need to fulfill, such as five 1-on-1 jumps with an instructor.
During the skydive colibri "Student's Friday", you will have the time and the space to learn how to pack a parachute. On the weekend, it sometimes might get a bit busy, so we recommend using the "Student's Friday", where instructors will have more time for you, and will be also available for 1-on1 jumps.
